Technical Knowledge Loss Risk Precaution in the International Strategic Alliance

跨国战略联盟中母国企业在学习国外企业技术知识的同时也面临自身技术知识流失的风险。基于母国视角分析跨国战略联盟中我国企业所面临的技术知识流失风险及风险形成原因,参考全面风险管理的思想,从技术知识流失风险的监控、识别、评估、对策、对策实施保障等几个方面建立防范体系,以期对跨国战略联盟中我国企业的技术知识流失风险防范有一定帮助。

In the international strategic alliance,when the enterprise of home country is learning the technical knowledge from overseas enterprise,it is also faced with the technical knowledge loss risk.Based on the view of home country,this paper firstly analyses the technical knowledge loss risk that the enterprise of our country faced with and how do they form,then based on the enterprise risk management,it builds the risk precaution system which contains risk monitoring,risk identification,risk assessment,risk countermeasures and the implementing guarantee for risk countermeasures.It hopes this study will certainly be helpful to the enterprise of our country faced with the technical knowledge loss risk in the international strategic alliance.
