Along with increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises technological innovation becomes more important and is under a lot of pressure.Multiple competition and cooperation patterns,which puts enterprises competitive technical intelligence under open environment,complicated competitors and diverse technical intelligence activities,makes leaks of enterprise technology frequently taken place.Using the strategies and methods of counter-competitive intelligence,effectively deal with various threats to competitive technical intelligence and protect efficient development of technological innovation activities and safety of its results.Focusing on the counter-competitive intelligence in field of enterprises＇ technological innovation,this paper probes into its protected principles,objects,basic procedures and methods.
