摘要 针对3J3带材的材料及热处理特性,采用淬火软化、线割成条状、装入定型胎具、回火定型、加工端面及内外圆的成熟工艺,将0.8厚的3J3带材加工成0.6厚非标异型形状的二级涨圈。每一个步骤都介绍了相应的工装;由工装和机加设备保证二级涨圈的尺寸精度和表面粗糙度。对二级涨圈这一制冷机关键零件的加工工艺进行了探索与研究。 In order to meet the requirements of 3J3 band materials and its hot processing properties, the matured processes such as negative hardening, wire - electrode cutting, filling in shaping mould, stereotypes tempering, internal and external cylindrical grinding and etc. , were utilized to process two - stage washer of 3J3 band materials as a non - standard and special - shaped one that with thickness from 0. 8mm to 0. 6mm. The dimensions precision and surface roughness of sealing washer of two -stage washer should be ensured by fixture and mechanical processing equipments. Every processing procedure and their relevant fixtures were also presented. The processing technology of two - stage sealing washer of the refrigerator was explored and studied.
