摘要
本文根据实施竞争情报(CI,CompetitiveIntelligence)项目过程中情报需求调查的实践,在对企业CI工作组织结构进行讨论的基础上。提供了一种易行有效的情报需求调查方法,并对这种方法成功的关键因素、优点和局限性进行了探析。
Based on the practice of setting up competitive intelligence system(CIS) for a Chian- based state- owned company, this paper provides a method using questionnaires to identify the organization's main intelligence needs.
