西南地区民居发展问题分析及建议

Analysis of Problems in Residential Development in Southwest Region and Suggestions

在新的历史条件下,民居建筑的发展应该以研究传统民居的建造和传统文化的内涵为基础,在继承的基础上进行更新,延续建筑的地域性使历史文脉得以继承发展。以西南地区民居发展为研究对象,提出了民居发展过程中出现的两个阶段性的问题即急于摆脱旧有建筑材料和建筑形式;盲目回归传统,随意拼凑外观,加建"传统建筑"。从而提出对传统民居的继承和发展应着重关注对其精神和文化的传承,同时吸取现代建筑的先进理念,将两者充分融合,达到和谐平衡的发展状态。

Under new historical condition, the development of residential architecture should be based on the research on the construction of traditional residence and connotation of traditional culture, and residential architecture should be innovated based on its inheritance. The his- torical context has been developed through extending architectural regionality. By taking residential development in southwest region as the study object, the paper has pointed out problems in the two stages of residential development, including eagerly getting rid of old architectural materials and form; blindly returning to tradition, piecing for architectural appearance and building traditional architecture. Hence, it should pay attention to the inheritance of the spirit and culture of traditional architecture, and meanwhile absorb the advanced idea of＂ modern architec- ture, integrating them and achieving the harmonious and balanced development.
