摘要
[目的]测定黄花菜中微量元素的含量。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对黄花菜中7种金属元素(K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn)含量进行测定。[结果]黄花菜中K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn含量分别为14 118.75、27 480.83、1 212.08、479.58、23.54、18.75、45.88μg/g。该方法的加标回收率为94.56%~114.23%。[结论]黄花菜中含有丰富的与健康密切相关的微量元素,具有较高的食用和药用价值。
[ Objective] The aim was to determine the contents of trace elements in H. fulva. [ Methods] The contents of 7 metallic elements in H. fidva were determined using FAAS. [ Result] The contents of K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn in H. fidva were 14118.75, 27480.83, 479.58, 23.54, 18.75 and 45.88 μg/g, respectively, and the recovery of standard addition was among 94.56% - 114.23%. [ Conclusion ] There were most trace elements in H. fu/va which were closcly related to health, thus it has higher edible and medicinal value.
