城市化进程中农民失地问题与对策研究——以徐州市为例

Study on the Problems of Land-lost Farmers during Chinese Urbanization Process

分析了我国城市化进程中存在的农民失地问题,并提出解决农民失地问题的对策:提高城市土地利用率;完善农村土地管理制度;促进农业发展;完善失地农民社会保障体制。

Problems of land-lost farmers during Chinese urbanization process were analyzed, moreover, the countermeasures for resolving prob- lems of land-lost farmers were proposed, namely improving urban land utilization rate, perfecting rural land management system, promoting agri- cultural development and perfecting the social security system of land-lost farmers.
