金融危机下江浙沪农民工收入的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Migrant Workers Income in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai under the Financial Crisis

从性别、年龄、受教育程度、工作年限、合同签署情况以及有无最低工资标准等方面,分析了金融危机下江浙沪农民工收入的受影响程度以及变化情况。采用实证分析方法验证得出性别、就业时间对农民工打工收入有显著影响,而年龄、文化程度等对农民工经济地位没有显著影响。

The influencing degree and variation of migant workers income in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai were analyzed from aspects of gender, age, education background, working years, signing contract and having minimum wage standards or not. By using empirical analysis method, it was concluded that gender, employment time have significant effects on migrant workers income, while age, education background have no signif- icant effects on migrant workers＇ economic status.
