摘要 结合教学与科研工作实践,探讨采用通用图像处理软件Photoshop处理荧光显微图像的可行性。利用Photoshop软件可对荧光显微图像进行荧光标记拆分与叠加、图像锐化、平场校正、景深扩展、噪点去除、强度分析等相关处理。结果显示处理后荧光显微图像质量得到明显改善,不但细节清晰,而且结果准确。 The feasibility of the application Of Photoshop software in fluorescent micrograph processing was analyzed combining with practical teaching and research. Fluorescent micrographs were operated with Photoshop software, such as fluorescent labeled image splitting and overlap- ping,image sharpening, flat-field correction, extended depth of field, denoising,analysis of fluorescence intensity. The results indicated that better image quality had been obtained, including clear details and accurate data.
