农林高等院校大学生就业能力影响因素分析

Analysis of Influence Factors on Current Employment Ability of Agriculture and Forestry University Students

从大学生自身因素、学校因素、政府因素和用人单位因素4个方面,分析了农林高等院校大学生就业能力的影响因素,通过层次分析法计算出各影响因素的权重,结果表明:影响农林高等院校大学生就业能力的因素较多,各因素的影响程度不同,影响因素也不断变化,内部因素是影响农林高等院校大学生就业能力的最重要因素,而外部因素是次重要因素。

The influence factors on current employment abihty of agriculture and forestry university students were analyzed from four aspects of self factor,school factor,government factor and employment unit factor. The weight of each influence factor was calculated by using AI-IP method. The results showed that the influence factors on employment ability is abundant and varies ,the influencing degree is different. The internal factors play an important role, while＂ external factors take the second place.
