摘要
教育均衡分为基础均衡和高位均衡,教育均衡发展的阶段性、文化性决定了教育均衡发展应关注文化影响,走向高位均衡是教育改革的应然追求,以文化关怀为切入点科学构建教育高位均衡发展的策略对深化教育改革、推进教育高位均衡发展有着重要的理论意义和实践价值。实现教育高位均衡发展应推进研究范式从绩效主义到文化自觉的转型;牢固树立"以人为本、文化关怀、特色彰显、生态共荣"的价值理念;充分发挥文化的推进作用,关注文化影响,加强文化研究,重视家庭、学校、社会和区域文化建设。
The balanced development of education can be divided into fundamental equilibrium and higher equilibrium; fundamental equilibrium is a necessary phase and base of higher equilibrium, and higher equilibrium is a developing goal and value pursuit of fundamental equilibrium. The qualities of the different stages and culture in the balanced development of education require us to lay emphasis upon cultural influence, and higher equilibrium of education is the natural pursuit of educational reform. From the perspective of cultural concern, constructing the development strategies for the higher equilibrium of education is of important theoretical significance and practical value to deepen educational reform and boost the higher equilibrium of education. To realize the higher equilibrium of education, we should boost the shift of the research mode from focusing on performance to cultural consciousness, stick to the value concepts of "people-oriented, cultural concern, characteristics-manifested and ecological co-prosperity", give full play to the functions of boosting cultural influence, pay close attention to cultural impact, strengthen cultural research, and pay attention to the cultural construction of the families, schools and society and regions.
