摘要 [目的]研究硒对烤烟生理生化特性的影响,为烤烟的优质高产提供科学依据。[方法]采用大田试验分析了烤烟不同生长时期,使用不同浓度亚硒酸钠对其根系活力、关键酶活性、膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素含量等生理生化指标的影响。[结果]硒浓度为0~30 mg/L时,能提高烤烟根系活力及叶片保护酶活性、叶绿素含量及光合效率,而MDA含量随硒浓度的增加而降低。[结论]在低硒土壤施硒可以提高烤烟的品质。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to study effects of selenium on physiological and biochemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco, to provide scientific basis for good quality and high yield production. [ Method] The effects of applying selenium selenite in different times on vi- tality of flue-cured tobacco roots, activities of the key enzyme, the contents of membrane lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) and chlorophyll, the other physiological and biochemical indices were analyzed through a field test. [ Result] The results showed that 0 -30 mg/L selenium could improve flue-cured tobacco roots activity and its leaves protective enzyme activities, chlorophyll content and photosyn- thetic efficiency, while MDA content decreased with the increasing concentration of selenium. [Conclusion] Applying selenium fertilizer in lower content selenium soil can improve flue-cured tobacco quality.
