迁户并村背景下农民法律意识的解析

Discussion on Chinese Farmers' Legal Consciousness under the Background of Removal Residents and Merging Villages

阐述了我国农民法律意识现状,以及迁户并村给农民法律意识提高带来的契机,最后指明今后农民法律意识发展的路径。结果表明,长期以来我国农民存在着法律认知浅薄、权利意识不强、情优先于法、畏法等法律思想;迁户并村发展了经济、打破了地缘、改变了生活方式,为农民法律意识提高提供了机遇;农民在完善农村立法、改善司法环境和坚持普法的情况下提高了法律意识。

The status of farmers＇ legal consciousness and opportunity for improving farmers＇ legal consciousness by removal residents and merging villages were elaborated, the development pathway was pointed out. The results showed that farmers in China have been legal cognition superficiality, less strong right consciousness, affection prior to law and fear of the law. Removal residents and merging villages provide opportunities for strengthening farmers＇ law sense though economic development, breakdown of regional relationship and improving way of life. Farmers hence their law sense under the context of perfecting legislation, improving the judicial environment and insisting the law populariza- tion.
