中药紫茉莉花根的鉴别研究

Research the Identification Standards of the Root of Mirabilis jalapa L.

[目的]研究紫茉莉花根的生药学特性。[方法]采用显微鉴别法、理化检识法、薄层层析法和紫外光谱法对紫茉莉花根进行定性分析。[结果]紫茉莉花根中含有酚类、醛类和内酯类不饱和化合物。[结论]采用显微鉴别法、理化检识、薄层层析法和紫外光谱法对紫茉莉花根进行质量标准研究,方法简单结果准确。

[ Objective ] The aim was to study the pharmacognosy characteristics of the root of Mirabilis jalapa L. [ Method ] The root of Mirabilis jalapa L. was treated with qualitative analysis by microscopical chatacteristics method, physical and chemistry discernment method, TLC,and ultraviolet spectra method. [ Result] The root of Mirabilis jalapa L. contains phenols, aldehydes and lactones unsaturated compound. [ Conclusion ] The quality standards of the root of Mirabilis jalapa L. was studied by microscopical chatacteristics method, physical and chemistry method, TLC, and ultraviolet spectra method. The method was easy and the result was accurate.
