摘要
[目的]测定连翘不同部位中连翘苷和总黄酮的含量,研究其抗氧化活性,并分析连翘苷和总黄酮含量与连翘提取液抗氧化活性的关系。[方法]采用超声波辅助法提取连翘提取液中连翘苷和总黄酮,采用HPLC法测定连翘苷的含量,采用比色法测定总黄酮的含量,采用DPPH.清除法评价其抗氧化活性。[结果]连翘不同部位提取液中连翘苷含量大小顺序为新叶>老叶>花>果实,总黄酮含量大小顺序为花>新叶>老叶>果实;连翘不同部位提取液都具有较高的抗氧化活性,抗氧化性大小顺序为花>果实>新叶>老叶。[结论]连翘花、果实和叶提取物都具有较强的抗氧化活性。连翘花、叶提取物中主要抗氧化活性成分是总黄酮;连翘果实中主要抗氧化活性成分是总黄酮和连翘酯苷。
[ Objective ] To determine the content of forsythin and total flavonoids in different parts of Forsythia suspense, study their antioxidant ability, and analyze the relations of their content with antioxidant ability. [ Method ] Ultrasonic-assisted technology was applied to extract forsythin and total flavonoids from Forsythia suspense. The content of forsythin and total flavonoids in Forsythia suspense was respectively de-termined by means of HPLC and colorimetry. The antioxidant ability of the extracts from different parts of Forsythia suspensa towards free radi- cal was evaluated by 1, 1-diphenyl-2-icrylhydrazyl (DPPH). [ Result] The rank of different parts of Forsythia suspense in descending order was new leaf 〉 old leaf 〉 flower 〉 fruit according to the content of forsythin, while that was flower 〉 new leaf 〉 old leaf 〉 fruit according to the content of total flavonoids. Different parts of Forsythia suspensa had higher antioxidant ability, among which the antioxidant ability of flower was the highest, followed by fruit, new leaf, and old leaf. [ Conclusion] Extracts of Forsythia suspensa flower, fruit and leaf all had higher antioxidant activity. Of these, total flavonoids were the primary active ingredients in flower and leaf' s extract of Forsythia suspense, and fruit' s extract was total flavonoids and forsythiaside.
