摘要
[目的]评定普通菜籽粕与发酵菜籽粕营养价值。[方法]通过营养成分测定和鸡代谢试验法进行。[结果]发酵菜籽粕中的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙、总磷、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸和蛋氨酸含量比普通菜籽粕都有一定程度的提高;发酵菜籽粕中的真代谢能、磷利用率都极显著高于普通菜籽粕(P<0.01);发酵菜籽粕苏氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸和胱氨酸真消化率都比普通菜籽粕高;而发酵菜籽粕中的硫苷、异硫氰酸酯、恶唑烷硫酮和粗纤维含量比普通菜籽粕低。[结论]菜粕经过发酵后可提高其饲用品质。
[ Objective ] The aim was to evaluate the nutritional value of common rapeseed meal and fermented rapeseed meal. [ Methods ] Nutrient content determination and chicken metabolism test method were used. [ Result] The results showed that there were effects on contents of crude protein, crude fat, calcium, total phosphorus, threonine, valine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine, arginine and methionine ; there were significant effects on true metabolizable energy and phosphorus utilization rate( P 〈 0.01 ). True digestibility of threonine, valine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine and cystine of rapeseed meal of fermentation were higher than that of rapeseed meal. Contents of thioglycoside, isothiocyanates, oxazolidinethione and crude fiber of rapeseed meal of fermentation was lower than that of rapeseed meal. [ Conclusion] The results prompted that nutritional value of rapeseed meal of fermentation was higher than that of rapeseed meal.
