武汉城市圈绿色保险制度研究

Study on the Green Insurance Systems in Wuhan City Circle

绿色保险作为防范环境风险的金融产品在我国逐步兴起和发展。在对武汉城市圈的保险发展现状及存在的问题进行分析的基础上,通过借鉴世界发达国家与发展中国家先进经验并结合武汉城市圈实际的区域环境,建议采取下列举措以完善武汉城市圈的绿色保险制度:积极创新绿色保险产品、柔性革新绿色保险方式和拓展投保范围、将名录制度作为绿色保险的主要依据、灵活确定绿色保险费率及赔付标准、确定保险期间与诉赔时效以及创建专门的绿色保险承保机构。

Green insurance, as a financial product which prevents environmental risks, is coming into being in China. On the basis of analyzing its development and existing problems, learning from developed and developing countries and considering the regional environment of Wuban City Circle, some measures were suggested to be adopted, such as innovating insurance products, developing patterns and scope of green insurance ; making listing system as main accordance ; making flexible insurance rates and payment standards ; determining the duration of insurance and payment limitations, and constructing special green insurance agencies.
