宁南县位于四川省凉山彝族自治州南端,是一个典型的多民族杂居的民族山区农业县。宁南县小水电的开发利用对当地民族山区经济社会的发展和生态环境的改善的作用,但同时也存在一些不利影响。对民族山区小水电的开发带来的生态环境问题作了分析并提出了相应的保护对策。

Ningnan County, located in the southern end of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, is a typical multiethnic mountainous agricultural county. The development and utilization of small hydropower in Ningnan County not only have positive effects on local economic development and eco-environment improvement, but also have several negative effects. The eco-environment problems brought by the development of small hydropower in national mountainous area were analyzed, and several corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
