重度生活污水COD_(Cr)催化剂比较研究

摘要 [目的]为重度生活污水CODCr值的测定寻找最佳的催化剂。[方法]采用重铬酸钾法,分别将MnSO4、CuSO4及Ag2SO4.MgSO4、KAl(SO4)2、CuSO4.KAl(SO4)2.(NH4)2MoO4、Ag2SO4.Al2(SO4)3.MgSO4作催化剂,对重度生活污水中CODCr进行测定,并与Ag2SO4进行比较。[结果]采用重铬酸钾法测定重度生活污水CODCr时,MnSO4、CuSO4、Ag2SO4.MgSO4(0.02 mol/L)、KAl(SO4)2、Cu-SO4.KAl(SO4)2.(NH4)2MoO4、Ag2SO4.Al2(SO4)3.MgSO4都具有较好的催化效果,其中Ag2SO4.Al(SO4)3.MgSO4的催化效果最好。Ag2SO4.Al(SO4)3.MgSO4和Al2(SO4)3作催化剂时,测得CODCr平均值分别为229.32、254.28 mg/L,前者占后者的90.18%,因此Ag2SO4的测定结果能更好地反映重度生活污水的CODCr值。[结论]Ag2SO4为重铬酸钾法测定重度生活污水CODCr值的最佳催化剂。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to find the best catalyst for the determination of CODcr of severe domestic sewage. [ Method] Adopting potassium dichromate reflux method, respectively using MnSOg, Ag2SO4 · MgSO4, CuSO4, KA1 ( SO4 )2, CuSO4 · KA1 ( SO4 )2· ( NH4 ) 2 MoO4 and Ag2 SO4 · A12 ( SO4 ) 3· MgSO4 as catalysts,we determined CODcr of severe domestic sewage, and compared their results withAg2 SO4. [ Result ] Used as catalysts in the determination of CODcr of severe domestic sewage, MnS04, Ag2 SO4 · MgSO4, CuSO4, KAI(SO4)2, CuSO4 · KAI( SO4 ) 2 · ( NH4 ) 2M为O4 and Ag2SO4 · A12 ( SO4 ) 3 · MgS04 had good catalytic effects ,especially Ag2SO4 · A12 ( SO4 ) 3 · MgSO4· Average CODcr of AgzSO4 · Al2 ( SO4 )3 · MgSO4 and AgzSO4 was 229.32 and 254.28 mg/L separately, that is, the former accounted for 90. 18% of the latter,so the result of Ag2SO4 could reflect the actual CODcr of severe domestic sewage better. [ Conclusion] Ag2SO4 is the optimal catalyst for the determination of CODcr of severe domestic sewage.
