摘要
介绍了低碳农村的涵义与特征,分析了我国低碳农村建设的现状与存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。
The connotation and characteristics of low carbon economy were introduced, and the present situation and the problems in building low-carbon countryside in China were analyzed, finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
