阐述了綦江小水电发展历程及成效,分析了小水电开发建设与管理中存在的主要问题,提出了实现小水电可持续发展的对策建议。
The small hydropower development course and effect in Qijiang are described, major problems in small hydropower development, construction and management are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions of realizing small hydropower sustainable development are proposed.
