摘要 G蛋白耦联受体30(GPR30)是一种新鉴定的雌激素功能性膜受体,介导雌激素的快速非基因组效应,从而广泛参与机体的病理生理调控,尤其在激素相关性恶性肿瘤中的的发生发展过程中起重要作用。 G protein-coupled receptor 30 ( GPR30), a sort of novel functional estrogen transmembrane receptor, extensively participate in the pathological and physiological regulation by mediating the rapid nongenomic effects of the estrogen, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of the hormone-related malignant neoplasms.
