摘要 Securin是垂体肿瘤转化基因编码的具有多种功能的蛋白,在有丝分裂中期向后期的过渡中负责调控姐妹染色单体的分离。Securin表达异常在多种内分泌腺体及腺体相关癌症被发现,如脑垂体瘤、甲状腺癌、卵巢癌、结肠癌等。Securin在这些癌症中的作用机制与其顺时转化作用及与其他癌症相关蛋白如p21、p53等有关。 Securin is a multifunctional protein which is encoded by PTTG gene. In the metaphase to anaphase transition during mitosis, Securin is involved in sister ehromatid separation. The aberrant expression of Securin is found in many endocrine and related cancers, such as pituitary tomour, thyroid cancer, ovarian cancer, colon cancer et al. The function of Securin in cancer is related to its gene transactivation and associa- tion with other poteins like p21, p53.
