彩超在乳腺疾病普查中的诊断价值分析

Application of Ultrasound Screening for Breast Disease in Women's Health in the Clinical Value

目的:探讨彩超在妇女保健中对乳腺疾病的临床诊断价值。方法:选取从2009年1月-2010年9月进行乳腺疾病常规普查的疑似乳腺疾病200例患者,对所有病例进行彩超检查并对患者进行随诊以及复查,并同时进行手术和病理结果检验。结果:经彩超检查,检查出双乳小叶增生患者144例(72%);单侧或者双侧纤维瘤21例(10.5%);乳腺囊肿25例(12.5%);乳腺癌5例(2.5%);脂肪瘤3例(1.5%),其他2例(1%)。误诊3例,诊断总正确率98.5%。结论:应用彩超可以清晰地检查出乳腺肿块及乳腺的血流特征,清楚地反映出是何种乳腺疾病,在妇女保健上能起到积极作用。

Objective：To evaluate ultrasound in breast disease, womeffs health in the census so to clinical value. Resu｜ts=The color Doppler examination, check out the breasts lobular patients 144 （72 ~） ; unilateral or bilateral fibrous tumor in 21 cases （10.5~） ; breast cysts in 25 cases （12.5~） ; breast cancer in 5 cases （2.5~） ; fatty tumor in 3 cases （1.5~）, the other 2 cases （1 ~）. Misdiagnosed in 3 cases, the correct diagnosis rate of 98.5 ~ of total. Conclusioll.color Doppler ultrasound exami- nation in the female breast disease screening in health care can clearly detect breast lumps and breast blood flow characteristics, it is clear what kind of reaction out of breast disease, in women＇s health can play a positive role.
