全脑低灌注型血管性认知损害动物模型

Animal models of vascular cognitive impmnt of global cerebral hypoperfusion

摘要 血管性认知损害(vascularcognitiveimpairment,VCI)是指由血管危险因素、明显或不明显的脑血管病引起的从轻度认知损害到痴呆的一大类临床综合征。寻找一种生理学可控且可复制的动物模型,对于VCI病理生理学过程的系统研究以及新型治疗方法的评价至关重要。 Vascular cogaitive impairment (VCI) refers to a large class of clinical syndromes caused by vascular risk factors, obvious or not obvious cerebrovascular diseases from mild cognitive impairment to demen- tia. Looking for a physiologically controllable and repeatable animal model is critical for the systematic research of the VCI pathophysiological processes and the evaluation of new treatment methods.
