摘要
通过中国知识资源总库—CNKI系列数据库,检索了研究特殊教育教师心理健康状况的相关文献,重点从研究概况、特殊教育教师的心理健康状况、影响因素、相关因素等方面梳理分析了2004年以来,我国大陆地区的特殊教育教师心理健康状况的相关研究与成果。最后指出未来研究应采用多元的方法,扩大研究范围,增强研究的实效性。
This study, based on the CNKI database, aims to review the researches into the mental health of special education teachers. It mainly introduces the results of the research into special education teachers' mental health in the Chinese mainland since 2004 in terms of the overview of the research, the mental health of special education teachers, and relevant factors. In conclusion, the article suggests conducting the future research with various methods, expanding the scope of the research, and enhancing the effectiveness of the research.
