1999年,在国家一系列积极财政政策和扩大内需措施的支持下,机械工业市场需求逐步回升,出现了较快的增长势头,机械工业总产值(1999年不变价)同比增长12.32％,高出全国工业平均增长水平0.7年百分点。机械工业增加值同比增长10.32％,高出全国工业平均增长水平1.3年百分点。机械工业固有的超前于国民经济发展的特征下在显现,回升力量正在形成。
Along with the implementation of the state policy of domestic market expansion and the improvement of international market, China's machinery industry is experiencing a further growth this year, esp. in the sectors of machine tools, construction machinery, basic machinery components, instrument, etc.
