碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对骨基质明胶包埋血管束的促血管化作用 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对骨基质明胶(BMG)包埋血管束的促血管化作用。②方法将36只日本大耳白兔随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组12只。A组:bFGF+血管束+BMG;B组:血管束+BMG;C组:BMG。分别于术后4、8、12周给各组动物灌注墨汁后做透明标本进行大体观察,并做HE及Masson染色进行组织学观察和定量分析。③结果 3组均有不同程度的血管化,效果以A组最好,B组次之,C组最差。④结论 bFGF对BMG包埋血管束有促血管化的正协同作用。 Objective To investigate the vaseularization of bFGF on BMG embedded by vascular bundle. Methods 36 Ja- pan big ears white rabbits were divided into group A,group B and group C( 12 in each). Group A: bFGF +Vascu/ar bundle + BMG.. Group B : Vascular bundle + BMG.. Group C : BMG.. The animals were sacrificed after 4,8 and 12 weeks respectively by per-fusing ink. Transparent specimens were done after dislodge the implants 、 HE and Masson stained for histological observations and quantitative analysis. Results Three methods all had effect of vascularization. Group A was the best, group B was better, group C was the worst. Conclusion There was positive cooperativity in vaseularization of bFGF on BMG embedded by vascular bundle.
