奈达铂联合多西紫杉醇治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘要 ①目的观察多西多西紫杉醇(TXT)联合奈达铂(NDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应。②方法选择30例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者应用多西紫杉醇(TXT)联合奈达铂(NDP)方案化疗,21d为1个周期。每例患者至少完成2个周期方可评价疗效。观察疗效及不良反应。③结果全组30例患者中,完全缓解率(CR)1例(3.3%),部分缓解率(PR)5例(16.7%),稳定(SD)18例(60%),病情进展(PD)6例(20%)。有效率(RR)为20%,疾病控制率(DCR)为80%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应,肝、肾毒性较轻。④结论多西紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌不良反应轻,疗效较好,值得临床推广。
