摘要
本研究调查了55份低酚棉品种资源的10个产量性状和纤维品质性状,并利用SSR技术分析了遗传多样性。主成分分析显示,前6个主成分解释了总共92.762%的表型变异;基于产量和纤维品质性状进行聚类,供试材料被划分为4类,第一类材料整体表现性状优良;基于SSR分子标记进行聚类,供试材料被划分为5类,第二、四、五类材料整体表现优良。结合产量和纤维品质性状、SSR聚类分析结果和田间表现,鉴定出可供改良的低酚棉育种资源6个:‘中无151’、‘洛克特22’、‘皖无1号’、‘豫无1309’、‘中无831’和‘湘C70’。
In this paper, fifty-five glandless cotton breeding resources were analyzed by using 10yield and fibre quality traits and SSR (Simple sequence repeats) markers. Principal componentsanalysis (PCA) showed that the first six principal components (PCs) explained a total of92.762% of the phenotypic variation. 55 glandless cotton breeding resources were clustered into 4 groups based on the yield and fibre quality traits. The germplasm resources belonging tothe first group showed the best traits. 55 glandless cotton breeding resources were clustered 5groups based on SSR markers. The germplasm resources belonging to the secondly, fourthlyand fifthly groups were excellent in the investigated traits.‘ZhongwulSl’,‘Luokete22’,‘Wanwulhao’,‘Yuwu1309’,‘Zhongwu831’and ‘XiangC70’ were selected based on all thetraits and will be utilized in the glandless cotton breeding.
