摘要
本文以阶梯水价理论为指导,构建了确定每级阶梯的用水基数及相应的水价,并以重庆市主城区为例应用了阶梯水价模型,确定了阶梯水量和阶梯水价。用水基数和阶梯水价应根据通货膨胀率和企业生产效率的情况进行调整,使水价与经济环境和企业环境相适应。
Taking stairs water price theory as guide, this paper constructed theoretical model of determining amounts of water at base and corresponding price oneach level, and taking Chongqing as an example. The stepped water pricing system should get adjusted through inflation and productivity of enterprises to make it adapt to economic environment and develop- ment of enterprises.
