摘要
中国OFDI与本国技术进步的关系引起学者关注,他们认为中国OFDI具有逆向技术外溢效应并能够促进本国的技术进步,但是对于影响的程度则持有不同的意见:中国OFDI能够促进本国技术进步,但是影响效应不明显。分析中国OFDI逆向技术溢出效应的影响因素,可以总结出中国技术吸收能力对促进技术进步起到的至关重要的作用。
Scholars pay more and more attention to the relationship of the OFDI and technical progress in China,they consider that Chinese OFDI has reverse technology spillover effect and can promote their technology progress,but to the extent of the impact they hold the different opinions： Chinese OFDI can promote their technology progress,or influence effect is inconspicuous.Through the analysis of Chinese OFDI converse technology spillover effect influence factor,we can conclude that Chinese technology absorption ability plays a crucial role in promoting technological progress.
