摘要
为推广LXI总线在自动化测试领域的应用,系统性的研究了LXI仪器的设计方法,提出了一种基于嵌入式系统实现的LXI仪器通用平台方案。通过分析LXI仪器的共同特点,借鉴模块化仪器的设计思想,建立了一个软硬件一体的通用平台框架,并重点讨论了LXI仪器内部的通用组件设计。该平台满足了LXI仪器开发的通用性、重用性和可扩展性等需求。
In order to popularize the application of LXI bus in the field of automated testing, me aeslgn metnt^us ut LXI instrument are systematically studied, and a general purpose platform solution- which is based on embedded system- for LXI instrument is proposed. By analyzing common features of LXI instruments, a framework of general purpose plat- form combining software and hardware is constructed under the design concept of modular instruments. Also, the design methods of general purpose components for the interior of LXI instruments are mainly discussed. The platform satisfies the demand of versatility, system level reusability and extensibility of LXI instruments.
