水环境中EDC与POPs检测技术进展与要点分析

Research Progress and Characteristic Analysis of the Determination Technology of EDC and POPs in Water Environment

介绍了水环境中环境激素和持久性有机物的检测技术发展现状和检测中运用的重要技术手段,包括高分辩气相色谱/质谱联用或多重质谱(HSGC/MS/MS)、柱后衍生、大体积富集浓缩、固相萃取、净化柱等,并对他们的应用要点进行分析,以利环境研究工作者参考和借鉴。

Development status of the determination technology of environmental hormone and persistent organic pollutants was introduced as well as technical means during the determination,such as HSGC/MS,post-column derivatization,collecting and condensation from large volume sample,solid phase extraction,purifying column and so on.Then their technological characteristics were analyzed briefly,which can provide the reference for environmental research.
