摘要
建立了战斗机穿盖弹射救生动力学分析模型,并对穿盖碰撞过程涉及的理论问题进行了描述。通过瞬态动力学工具MSC Dytran仿真得到了人椅系统在穿盖过程中的动态响应以及座舱盖的破坏情况,并与试验进行了对比。在此基础上,以VC/MFC(Microsoft Foundation Class)为工具,借助OpenCASCADE虚拟成形技术,开发了飞机座椅弹射过程的仿真分析平台,具有一定工程使用价值。
The dynamic analysis model of flight escape by ejection through canopy is created.And the theory involved in the process of ejection is described.Based on MSC Dytran,a general-purpose explicit nonlinear transient dynamic finite element code,the dynamic response of the ejection process and destruction of the canopy are simulated,and the results are compared with the test.On the basis of prior,a platform for analyzing and simulating the ejection process is developed bu the use of VC/MFC and OpenCASCADS,a virtual forming technology,and it is valuable for the engineering application.
