由周及徐先生主编的《新编古代汉语》,其文选部分的某些注释吸收了近几十年来新的学术研究成果,解释更加科学、准确。然而教材对有些字的标注存在误定通假的现象,即将同源词误定为通假字。

Some annotations of the excerpts in Newly Compiled Ancient Chinese, chief-edited by ZHOU Ji-xu, have adopted some new academic achievements in recent decades, which are more objective and accurate. However, there are misi-dentifications of interchangeable characters in the annotations of certain characters in this hook, e.g. some cognates are mistaken for interchangeable characters.
