高校青年教师职业发展关系到高校发展和高等教育事业发展的未来。只要树立教师的职业理想,有国家的政策导向和高校的激励机制,有明确的职业发展要求和规划指导,高校青年教师的职业发展意识就能走出被动、走向自觉。
The professional development of young teachers of universities bears on the future of the development of universities and higher education. If teachers have their own professional dream, we have the guidance of national policies and stimulus systems, and the clear design of professional development, the professional development of young teachers of universities will no longer be passive and become self-conscious.
