摘要
缄默知识是师范生知识结构的一部分,对师范生实践能力的培养具有重要作用,但目前的师范教育对缄默知识重视不够。从缄默知识视角反思师范教育的现状,师范生实践能力的三段培养模式是:观察,基于教学视频的实验;见习,基于教学现场的观摩;实习,基于真实教学的实践。
Tacit knowledge, one important part of normal students' knowledge structure, plays a key role in improving students' practical ability. But the current emphasis on teacher education for tacit knowledge is not enough. From the perspective of tacit knowledge, training for normal students' practical ability should follow the following three steps: experiment; on-the-site teaching and observing; internship observation based on video-based teaching based on real teaching practice.
