摘要
针对出砂机理宏观实验研究中存在的问题,研制了疏松砂岩稠油油藏出砂机理研究的微观可视化实验装置,采用渤海疏松砂岩典型储层的粒度分布和油田实际挡砂参数,进行了疏松砂岩稠油油藏出砂机理的微观可视化实验研究。结果表明:出砂提高渗透率的程度与驱替压差、地层砂粒度、挡砂筛网尺寸有关。粒度越均匀,分级出砂范围就越窄,出砂阶段越集中;若粒度均匀程度较差,则分级出砂范围就越宽,出砂随驱替压差和挡砂精度的变化也越明显。
The macroscopic experimental study on the sanding mechanism of unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs has its shortcomings,and therefore a microscopic visual experimental apparatus has been developed.The grain size distribution and actual sand control parameters in a typical formation of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in Bohai Oilfield were used to conduct the study.Study results indicate that the increase in permeability due to sanding is related to the displacement pressure drawdown,formation sand grain sizes and size of the sand control screens.The more uniform the grain size,the smaller the graded sanding range and the more concentrated the sanding time.If the grain size is less uniform,the graded sanding range will be wider and sanding will more obvious with the change of displacement drawdown and sand control accuracy.
