头台油田老化油回收处理工艺技术 被引量:10

Technology of aged oil recovery and treatment in Toutai oilfield

摘要 随着大庆头台油田开发进入高含水阶段,开采及输送方式改变,老化油量逐年增多,处理难度不断加大,制约着油田正常、高效生产。为解决大庆头台油田老化油处理工艺不够完善的问题,在对头台油田老化油进行物化分析的基础上,通过实验研究影响老化油乳化稳定性的主要因素,并根据其稳定机理以及头台油田老化油处理工艺技术现状,对头台油田原有的老化油回收处理方式进行了改善:以污水沉降罐内安装浮动式收油装置代替原有的收油槽式固定收油工艺,将脱水器工作压力提高到0.25 MPa,脱水温度提高到60℃,破乳剂加药量控制在230kg/d以及合理控制收油量。经过现场实际应用,取得了较好的效果。 The Toutai oilfield in Daqing has entered high water cut development stage,the production and transportation methods have changed,the amount of aged oil is increasing year by year,the treatment difficulty is growing,thus restricted normal and efficient production in the oilfield.The existing process of aged oil treatment in this oilfield is not perfect,therefore physical and chemical analysis has been carried out for the aged oil produced from the oilfield,and the key factors affecting aged oil emulsion stability have been experimentally studied.Based on aged oil stability mechanism and present treatment process,the original recovery and treatment methods used in the oilfield have been improved by installing floating oil recovery device in produced water settling tank to replace the original fixed oil collector tank,increasing dehydrator working pressure to 0.25 MPa and dehydration temperature to 60℃,and controlling demulsifier dosage at 230 kg/d and rational oil collection volume.Field application of this technology has been satisfactory.
