Research on the Court Education in Juvenile Criminal Cases

立足社会管理创新的视角,通过理性研究,探讨当前法庭教育制度与研究存在的不足,诸如尚未重视法庭教育与其他有权机关教育职能之间的衔接性和科学定位;将法庭教育等同于庭审教育、将庭审教育局限于庭审中的某个固定环节等等,将有助于促进法庭教育制度的发展与完善,实现这一制度的应有成效。

Based on the perspective of social management innovation,this paper discussed deficiencies of court education in juvenile criminal cases,such as ignoring the convergence and scientific positioning between court education and other authorized education,confusing court education with education in court trials,and limiting court education to a fixed link,and so on.This discussion will help promote the development and perfection of court education system and realize its effectiveness.
