以休克为表现的原发性脑干损伤

The primary injury of brain-stem with shock symptom

为了探讨原发性脑干损伤发病机制 ,为了进一步解释原发性脑干损伤所出现的休克症状。采用病例报告及对文献进行回顾分析的方法。对 2例均有明确的外伤史 ,伤后即深昏迷、低血压 ,经反复腹穿、胸透进行观察。结果 :休克症状是原发性脑干损伤的典型症状。结论 :在伤后出现深昏迷、血压下降、头部 CT检查环池、四叠体池消失时 。

Objective To explore mechanism of the primary injury of brain-stem,To explain further shock symptom of the primary injury of brain-stem.Method We use method of case report and chapter review.2cases have clear history of injury.Syndrome of deep coma and hupoteusion appears after injury.Effects of chest check-up of X-rays and many times abdomen tap are normal.Result Shock is typical symptom of the primary injury of brain-stem.Couclusion Deep coma and hypotension appear after injury.We find disappearance of ambient and quadrigeminus cistern by CT check-up.Anti-shock treatment is invalid.The primary injury of brain-stem should be thought over.
