摘要
目的探讨Th17/IL-23免疫轴相关细胞因子在克罗恩病和肠结核患者肠黏膜组织中的表达,为二者的鉴别诊断寻找新指标。方法 选取2003年6月—2009年2月住院确诊的克罗恩病55例、肠结核患者55例,免疫组化ABC法测定克罗恩病、肠结核患者病变肠黏膜组织IL—17、IL-23P 19、ROR-γt的蛋白表达,10例正常肠黏膜组织作对照。结果 IL-17、IL-23P 19、ROR-γt在克罗恩病组、肠结核组中的表达均明显高于对照组(均P<0.01),但在克罗恩病组和肠结核组表达比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 Th17/IL-23免疫轴在克罗恩病和肠结核组织中均高表达,可能参与了克罗恩病和肠结核的发病过程;但在蛋白水平尚难于对克罗恩病和肠结核作出鉴别。
Objective To investigate the expression of cytokines related Th17/IL-23 immune axis in Crohn's disease (CD) and intestinal tuberculosis(ITB),and search for the new targets for the differential diagnosis between the two diseases. Methods 55 cases of Crohn's disease and 55 cases of intestinal tuberculosis were diagnosed and selected from June 2003 to February 2009.Expression levels of IL-17,II.-23P 19 and ROR-γt in Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis intestinal tissue were determined by ARC immunohistochemical method,and 10 cases of normal intestinal tissue were enrolled as control. Results The expression levels of IL-17,IL-23P 19 and ROR-γt in Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis were significantly higher than that of control group(P 0.01).The expression levels of IL-17,IL-23P 19 and ROR-γt in Crohn's disease group and intestinal tuberculosis group were increased respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Th17/IL-23 immune axis maybe involved in pathogenesis of Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis.It is hard to differentiate Crohn's disease from intestinal tuberculosis on protein expression alone.
