摘要
应用以催化燃烧法作为工作原理的便携式瓦斯检测报警仪和甲烷传感器占据了煤矿瓦斯检测仪器的主导地位,是煤矿动态监视矿井瓦斯浓度的有效工具。但在恶劣环境下使用寿命短,而且元件表面的催化剂易发生中毒等,本文对影响载体催化元件主要技术性能的各种因素进行了认真分析和研究,并提出了防治措施,为正确使用和维护该类检测仪器提供指导作用。
the application of portable gas detection alarming apparatus taking catalytic combustion method as its working principle and methane sensor dominates the coal mine gas detection, and they are the effective tools in the coal mine gas dynamic monitoring. But in a harsh environment their working life is short, and the catalyst attached to the surface of device is vulnerable to poisoning. This paper analyzes in detail the factors affecting its catalytic device main technical performance and puts forward the control measures, providing guidance function for proper use and maintenance of the detecting instrument.
