缺血性心脏病的心肌再生性治疗现状与展望
摘要
随着内科学、外科学和血管内介入治疗水平的提高,缺血性心脏病患者的生活质量和预后得到了明显的改善,但目前仍然存在着对于这些传统治疗效果不佳的部分患者。心肌再生性治疗有望成为缺血性心脏病一类很有前途的治疗方案。这类新颖的治疗方案包括蛋白质、基因及细胞学治疗。本文就心肌再生性治疗领域中重要的临床应用、研究现状与展望做一评述。
