171例中青年高血压患者健康知识调查分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解中青年高血压患者健康知识现状,并探讨对中青年高血压患者的健康教育方式和实施策略。方法采用问卷方式,对171例中青年高血压患者的健康知识现状进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果在171例调查人群中,有110例患者饮食偏咸,占64.33%;有129例患者偏好高脂高胆固醇饮食,占75.44%。有95例(55.56%)患者能够掌握常用高血压药物的治疗作用,但只有26例患者能遵医嘱服药,仅占15.2%。有114例患者不太注意活动锻炼,占66.67%。有155例患者与家庭朋友关系不太融洽,占90.64%;有140例患者不太注意不良情绪及影响,占81.87%。结论调查结果显示,中青年高血压患者健康知识掌握不理想,因此应结合中青年高血压患者的特点进行有针对性的健康教育,以期形成健康的生活方式,提高遵医行为,促进血压的有效控制。 Objective To investigate the health knowledge of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension and make appropriate suggestions.Methods A questionnaire was designed to assess the health knowledge of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients and 171 cases were received the surveys.Results According to statistic analysis,the results was showed in four parts.Diet: there were 110 patients having the high-salt diet,accounting for 64.33 percent;and 129 patients prefered high-triglycerides or high-cholesterol diet,accounting for 75.44 percent.Treatment: although 95 patients could understand the therapeutic effect of common antihypertensives,accounting for 55.56 percent;but only 26 patients could take the prescribed medication regularly,accounting for 15.2 percent.Physical activity: 114 patients did not pay attention to health activities,accounting for 66.67 percent.Social and psychological aspects: 155 patients had a disharmony relationship between family or friends,accounting for 90.64 percent;and 140 patients did not pay attention to negative emotions and the affect,accounting for 81.87 percent.Conclusion According to the survey,young and middle-aged hypertensive patients did not have a ideal health knowledge,so they should received the targeted health education to acquire a healthy lifestyle,improve their compliance with treatment,and promote their effective control of blood pressure.
