糖尿病与复治肺结核的相关性探讨

The relationship between diabetes mellitus and retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的观察糖尿病对复治肺结核是否有影响。方法选取泸州医学院附院感染科2009～2010年收治的肺结核患者865例,其中合并糖尿病者55例,将55例患者分为初治和复治组,比较两组中合并糖尿病的患者比例。结果初治合并糖尿病患者占初治患者的3.03%,复治合并糖尿病患者占复治患者的11.57%,两组合并糖尿病患者比率存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病与复治肺结核具有相关性,是复治肺结核的成因。

Objective To observe if the diabetes mellitus（DM） has effect on retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Select 865 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and 55 complicated with DM.All the patients were divided into initial treatment group and retreatment group.Comparison the proportion of 2 groups of patients complicated with DM.Results The patients complicated with DM were accounted for 3.03% of all initial treatment cases and 11.57% of all retreatment cases.Conclusion Diabetes mellitus is the reason of retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
