摘要
基于对材料特性和防弹机理的认识,设计了由Al2O3陶瓷、616装甲钢和高强PE材料构成的陶瓷基复合装甲板,并用现役127.mm穿甲燃烧弹进行靶试考核,检验靶板设计思路,结果表明:防护面密度为128 kg/m2的靶板可防住该弹。
Based on the understanding for the materials characteristic and projectile resistant mechanism, the ceramics based composite armor consisting of PE material, Al2O3 ceramics and steel 616 is designed and produced. The composite armor ballistic performance is examined by 12.7 mm armor piercing incendiary, and the result shows that the target with protection surface density of 128 kg/m2 is able to resist the 12.7 mm projectile.
