摘要
目前高校助困育人工作的资助政策体系还不够完善,表现为:认定机制存在缺陷,资助力度不均衡,资助对象定位欠科学。助困育人工作失之偏颇,表现为:物质资助为主,能力培养不足;被动性应对为主,主动开拓助困资源不足;"强势关心"为主,不够细致化。"全过程助困育人、全方位助困育人、全员助困育人"的助困育人模式充分体现了家庭经济困难学生的主体地位,是以体现教育公平、增长家庭经济困难学生尊严与幸福感、彰显人文关怀和促进教育可持续发展为目的的助困工作体系。
At present,our country's aiding system for helping the poor and educating the students is not perfect,as follows:the accreditation mechanism is not consummate,funding is limited;the selection of the aiding targets is not scientific enough.There are still some problems in helping the poor and educating the students,including:too much material support with insufficient ability cultivation;passive coping while lack of the ability to explore resources to help the poor students;"strong concern" without taking details into consideration.The aiding mode which helps the poor in an all round way fully embodies the students' subjectivity as well as the education equity,enhances the dignity and happiness of the students from poor families,shows the humane care for the poor students and promotes the sustainable development of the aiding system.
