高职师范教育专业设置的问题与对策——以广东省为例 被引量:4

摘要 高职院校师范教育专业设置所存在的问题表现为:缺乏系统思考,各教学系各自为政,不利于教育资源的利用与开发;缺乏现实考察,专业培养目标定位不准,缺乏竞争力;课程设置重学科专业课程,轻教育类和人文素质课程。应对策略为:科学合理设置课程,满足学生成长需要;重视师范教育,将其与其他职业技术教育同等对待;借鉴国外的教育经验,设置专门的教师教育系并进行准确定位;建立校内外实训实习基地,提升实际教育教学水平。 The problems in the specialty setup of vocational normal education are:lack of systematic thinking;independent management in each department;not conducive to utilization and development of education resources;lack of practical observations;inaccurate positioning of the professional training target;lack of competitiveness;curriculum setup being focused on major courses while ignoring educational and humane courses.The countermeasures include:set up a scientific and rational curriculum;meet the needs of students;pay attention to normal education;treat it with other vocational education equally;refer to foreign educational experience;set up a special teacher educational system with an accurate positioning;establish practice bases inside and outside school;enhance practical teaching level.
